Plans Covered
These terms apply to 7homAIs website previews, launches, hosted websites, creator websites, maintenance plans, add-ons, and any Stripe checkout, invoice, proposal, or written approval that links to this page.
- Managed Website Plan: $99 setup + $97/month for a custom-built website with managed hosting, SSL, maintenance, support, light monthly updates, and traffic reporting.
- Approval period: recurring billing begins after the 15-day approval period unless the accepted checkout, invoice, proposal, or written confirmation says otherwise.
- Company: services are provided by 7homais Limited under the public brand 7homAIs.
Stripe Acceptance
By checking the agreement box and submitting payment through Stripe, the client agrees to these terms.
Stripe checkout acceptance, payment of an invoice that links to these terms, electronic signature, email approval, or written approval may be treated as acceptance of the selected services, recurring billing, cancellation terms, ownership terms, and any approved add-ons.
The Stripe checkout page, invoice, proposal, or written confirmation may identify client-specific details such as the business name, website, package, add-ons, or special scope.
Included With Hosted Plans
The managed website plan includes hosting, basic technical maintenance, traffic reporting, and small website updates. The selected checkout, invoice, proposal, or written confirmation controls the exact scope and price.
- Website hosting, SSL, and basic domain support.
- Basic technical maintenance and form monitoring.
- Broken link and broken image fixes.
- Small text edits and image swaps.
- Business information updates, including hours, phone number, email, address, services, and pricing text.
- Up to 30 minutes of small update work per month, unless a different amount is stated in writing.
- Simple traffic reporting, depending on the reporting setup selected for the project.
- Clients keep ownership of their domain. 7homAIs may manage hosting and DNS configuration as needed, including pointing the domain to the new website and preserving email-related DNS records.
- Standard response time of 2 business days.
Not Included
The monthly plan is not unlimited design, development, marketing, or automation work.
- Full redesigns or major layout changes.
- New pages or large content additions.
- New booking systems, payment systems, or third-party integrations.
- Custom automations.
- Logo design or brand identity work.
- SEO campaigns, paid ads, or ongoing social media management.
- Copywriting-heavy rewrites.
- Emergency same-day support.
- Unlimited revision requests.
Work outside the included scope is quoted separately before work begins.
Add-On Work
Common requests outside the maintenance plan can be quoted as add-ons.
- Extra edits: $50/hour.
- New page: $150-$300.
- Full redesign refresh: $500+.
- Booking or payment integration: $150-$500.
- SEO/local page package: $250+.
- Automation setup: custom quote.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, logos, domain access, account access, approvals, and feedback needed to complete the website.
The client confirms they own or have permission to use all supplied content, including copy, images, logos, reviews, testimonials, videos, trademarks, and service claims.
The client is responsible for reviewing business claims, pricing, service descriptions, legal notices, privacy statements, regulated-industry statements, testimonials, and contact information for accuracy and compliance.
Creator Content & Disclosures
Creator and personal brand clients are responsible for the content, claims, endorsements, affiliate links, testimonials, sponsorship language, product statements, audience statistics, and media kit information supplied for the website.
The client must provide any disclosures required for sponsored content, gifted products, affiliate relationships, paid testimonials, brand partnerships, or other material connections. 7homAIs may format or place disclosures supplied by the client, but does not verify whether a creator's disclosures satisfy platform rules, advertising rules, or industry-specific requirements.
The client must have permission to use all names, likenesses, photos, video clips, music, logos, screenshots, testimonials, press mentions, audience data, and brand assets provided for the website. The client is responsible for claims involving results, income, health, fitness, coaching, financial outcomes, education, products, or services.
Fan Data, Privacy & Marketing
If a website collects emails, phone numbers, inquiries, bookings, purchases, memberships, analytics data, or other visitor information, the client is responsible for providing accurate privacy, cookie, email marketing, SMS marketing, refund, fulfillment, and customer support language when needed.
7homAIs can build forms, embeds, links, and basic website notices, but does not provide a privacy compliance program or legal review. The client is responsible for using collected visitor, fan, subscriber, sponsor, and customer data lawfully.
Creator projects involving children, child-directed content, minors, sensitive personal information, health claims, financial claims, adult content, gambling, contests, giveaways, subscriptions, or regulated products may require separate written scope and may be declined by 7homAIs.
Merch, Offers & Payments
Creator websites may link to or embed third-party tools for merch, courses, memberships, affiliate products, booking, digital products, sponsorship inquiries, donations, subscriptions, or payments.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, the client is responsible for product quality, fulfillment, shipping, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, customer support, platform fees, payout holds, subscription management, and compliance with the rules of payment processors, marketplaces, affiliate programs, and ecommerce tools.
Recurring Billing
Recurring monthly services renew automatically until canceled unless the accepted checkout, invoice, proposal, or written confirmation says otherwise. The client authorizes 7homais Limited and its payment processor, including Stripe, to charge the payment method on file for the setup fee, monthly service, and separately approved add-on work.
If payment fails or remains unpaid, 7homAIs may retry the charge, request updated payment information, pause work, suspend maintenance, withhold launch, remove access to hosted services, or take the website offline after reasonable notice.
Unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable once work has started, a billing period has begun, or a deliverable has been provided.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel monthly hosted service by written notice to 7homAIs. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless 7homAIs agrees otherwise in writing.
If a client cancels, the website may be taken offline at the end of the paid billing period unless a transfer, export, or migration service is separately arranged.
Ownership
The client owns the content, images, logos, testimonials, business information, and other materials the client provides, subject to third-party rights.
7homAIs retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, workflows, internal systems, reusable layouts, code patterns, prompts, processes, know-how, and business methods.
The managed website plan is a hosted service. While the hosted service is active, the client receives a limited license to use the website for the client's business, creator brand, or personal brand.
A one-time ownership handoff may be available by separate written request, quote, invoice, proposal, or written confirmation.
For hosted plans, full transfer of website files, domain configuration, hosting migration, source files, or handoff support is not included unless separately agreed in a written buyout or transfer arrangement.
Third-Party Services
Websites may depend on third-party platforms, plugins, domains, email providers, payment processors, analytics tools, booking tools, AI tools, fonts, stock assets, ecommerce tools, social platforms, link-in-bio tools, creator platforms, or hosting infrastructure.
7homAIs is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account suspensions, payout holds, lost verification, monetization decisions, ranking changes, algorithm changes, account bans, API limits, or platform limitations outside its control.
AI-Assisted Work
7homAIs may use AI-assisted tools to support drafting, design exploration, coding, optimization, image creation, chatbot setup, or workflow efficiency.
The client must review factual statements, business claims, regulated content, testimonials, and industry-specific language for accuracy and compliance.
The client must approve any AI-assisted content involving a person's name, image, likeness, voice, identity, creator persona, testimonial, endorsement, sponsor relationship, or audience claim before it is published.
No Guarantees
7homAIs will perform services in a professional and commercially reasonable manner.
7homAIs does not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, sales, revenue, followers, views, subscribers, sponsorships, brand deals, engagement, audience growth, monetization eligibility, business results, uninterrupted uptime, platform availability, tax deductions, or third-party service performance.
7homAIs does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, medical, financial, or regulatory advice.
Restricted Content
7homAIs may refuse, pause, or remove work involving illegal activity, deceptive claims, infringing content, impersonation, unauthorized likeness use, harassment, hate, explicit sexual content, gambling, controlled substances, unsafe products, or other content that 7homAIs reasonably believes creates legal, platform, payment processor, or reputational risk.
7homAIs may require additional written terms, attorney-reviewed language, or a separate scope before working on regulated or high-risk claims.
Portfolio & Attribution
Unless the client opts out in writing, 7homAIs may identify the client as a customer and display non-confidential screenshots, links, summaries, and project details in portfolios, proposals, social posts, and marketing materials.
Client websites may include a small, tasteful footer attribution such as "Website by 7homAIs." White-label removal or special attribution requirements can be quoted separately.
Liability & Disputes
To the maximum extent allowed by law, 7homAIs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption.
7homAIs' total liability for claims related to a project or hosted service will not exceed the amount the client paid to 7homAIs for the affected services during the three months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law. The parties will first try to resolve disputes informally and in good faith.
